Nice to meet you

I was recently asked to introduce myself in a women’s wellness forum and it seems a waste not to share a little about me, with you too! ⁣

👧🏼 I grew up on beautiful Dartmoor in Devon. ⁣

🏠 I live in a small village in North East Hampshire, previously I was in London.⁣

👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 I’m married to a financial director and we have two very mischievous little boys. ⁣

🤰 I used Hypnobirthing when my second son was born, following an out of control, chaotic and ill informed birth with my first son.⁣

💡 Hypnobirthing changed my world.⁣

💧 I experienced an amazing, calm, gentle and enjoyable water birth with my second son.⁣

📜 As a result I wanted to shout about Hypnobirthing from the rooftops and I decided to train as a Hypnobirthing teacher with Katharine Graves for my DipHB KG.⁣

🧠 I believe one’s birth experience has a huge role to play in maternal mental health and I passionately want to help as many women as possible experience a positive birth.⁣

☕️ I run pregnancy gatherings to introduce local expecting parents to each other.⁣

❤️ I LOVE what I do!⁣

🌷 I’ve become an obsessive/accidental/rather mediocre gardener since moving out of the city.⁣

👩‍🍳 When I was 18 I did a four week cookery course and then cooked my way around the world. I still love to cook today and treasure my very beaten, ingredient stained course manual.⁣

✈️ I love to travel and can’t wait to take the boys to Africa 🦓 when they are older.⁣

🗒 I have a list as long as my arm of things I’d like to achieve professionally & personally but I am also very aware of balancing that with enjoying my children while they’re still young.⁣

⏱ I’d regularly like to pause time or at least have a few extra hours in my day! X⁣

💛⁣
