A fun, sociable and interactive way to fully prepare for the birth of your baby, Group Hypnobirthing & Confident Birth courses take place in Bentworth nr Alton in Hampshire.

Courses require a minimum of two couples to take place and are limited to a maximum of four couples in order for you to get the most out of your Hypnobirthing classes, and ensure there is plenty of time for you to ask questions and have your personal queries addressed.

The Hypnobirthing & Confident Birth Group Course comprises four sessions, each lasting roughly 2.5 - 3 hours. Classes are scheduled over four recurring weeknight evenings.
