Let me tell you, birth does not have to be the fearful event so many would have you believe.
I admit, I am making the wild assumption that you are pregnant, in which case CONGRATULATIONS!
And now you're dipping an investigatory toe into the world of birth prep and Hypnobirthing classes, in which case you're probably here for one of three reasons:
1. A fear of birth (not uncommon after a lifetime of horror stories)
2. To understand and best prepare for birth (perhaps it has been recommended by a friend or midwife)

My name is Susanna and I teach fluff-free Hypnobirthing and really useful Birth Preparation - without the ‘woo’.
I am located in Bentworth between Basingstoke, Alton, Alresford, and Farnham and teach Hypnobirthing classes throughout Hampshire and the surrounding counties as well as online.
